Jim Dolan

Jim Dolan founded his company in 1996 shortly after moving to San Miguel de Allende. Jim has more than 10 years experience in evaluating property, building custom homes and managing commercial projects, from acquisition through construction and ongoing property management.

In addition, Jim is passionate about helping to grow and nurture the community of San Miguel de Allende. He's been helpful in introducing new technology to the city government of San Miguel, actively participates in Feed the Hungry and other charities and provides on-the-job education opportunities for hundreds of employees who work on various Dolan Development projects.

Jim is a graduate of the University of Memphis and a U.S. Army Green Beret with more than 20 years of active military service. His military background provided the strong leadership and management skills that make him a successful leader today.

Jim has been married to Ann for 16 years. They have 2 young daughters and a son.
