Ann Dolan

Ann Dolan brings 10 years of real estate experience in San Miguel to the team of Dolan Development. Ann moved to San Miguel in 1996 and was a partner in San Miguel Homes, a full-service real estate company. In four short years, the company grew from 35 homes to 125 properties. Ann's knowledge and understanding of the San Miguel housing market are valuable assets to Dolan Development.

Ann's background includes marketing roles with major corporations in the US including International Paper and Federal Express. She also worked for Delta Airlines. She's a graduate of the University of Memphis with a BA in marketing with a concentrations in sales and advertising.

Ann is actively involved with projects that support the community including Feed the Hungry and Patronados de Ninos. She has been married to Jim for 16 years. Ann and Jim have two young daughters and a son.
